In the WA 2018/19 State Budget, the hospital was allocated $158 million for additional operating theatres, an expanded emergency department, new inpatient and mental health beds, cardiac catheter laboratories, and a Coronary Care Unit. These ongoing developments ensure that the Joondalup Health Campus remains a vital and evolving healthcare provider for the community it serves.
