Learn about Camp Lejeune health benefits
If you are a veteran or a family member who served on active duty or resided at Camp Lejeune for 30 days or more between August 1, 1953, and December 31, 1987, you may be eligible for health benefits. These benefits are related to the water contamination that occurred at Camp Lejeune during this time period.
Veterans who meet the above criteria and have one of the 15-16 covered health conditions presumed to be related to exposure are eligible for cost-free health care for those conditions. For other health conditions, veterans will have a co-pay, depending on income and health eligibility priority category.
