To complete The Caretaker's Lunar Lament quest in Hogwarts Legacy, you must first meet the caretaker, Gladwin Moon, near the Moving Staircase/Reception Hall in the South Wing of Hogwarts Castle. After retrieving both moons, exit the Hospital Wing and head downstairs, where a prefect is standing near the base of the stairs. Return the Demiguise Moons to Gladwin Moon, who will promise to help you unlock stronger forms of Alohomora.
