These referrals will be in-network for both professional and facility services unless there is a compelling clinical reason to do otherwise. Select Health Share providers will use their best efforts to have a critical mass of their practice at an Intermountain facility and to have a significant number of their patients with Select Health. This enables Select Health, Intermountain, and the provider to adequately evaluate performance.
